Itinerary
 
BUZZ, BUZZ, BUZZ,
it's time to wake up again.
I hit the snooze button too many times,
the morning is not my friend.
 
Speed up, slow down, stop.
Here I go again.
All this Katy construction,
will this madness never end?
 
Bolts, nuts, screws-
I sell them many, I sell them well.
Working hard to pay the bills,
a life of mediocracy with no frills.
 
Speed up, slow down, stop.
I've got to get to school.
Only fourty-two miles to go,
every day it's the same race against the clock.
 
Honk, Honk, Honk,
there must be a wreck ahead.
I should just turn around,
pretend I'm sick and go back to bed.
 
Tisk, tisk, tisk,
what a lazy attitude!
Surely my professor will understand,
being an hour late is surely rude.
 
Ready, Set, Go,
no traffic now, its ten o' clock.
Grab some food, call my friends,
I've got fourty-two miles to tie up lose ends.
 
Lather, rinse, repeat,
take a shower and kick up my feet.
Take out my pug, kiss my boyfriend goodnight,
set the alarm and turn out the light.
 
Buzz, Buzz, Buzz.
