My parents got a divorce.

Too young to understand.

My mom walked out on me.

Too young to understand.

My husband cheated on me.

Too young to understand.

My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

Too young to understand.

My cousin died of a drug overdose.

Too young to understand.

My dad is dying.

And now I know.
