Presenter’s responsibilities (order is 
variable):  
  Introduce and show a scene or two 
	from assigned film. Instructor may provide a copy of the film or student 
	arranges to rent or borrow a copy. 
  Relate to course objectives or 
	readings; or How does the film fit into colonial and postcolonial 
	literature?   
  Lead discussion following 
	presentation.    
  Since other students may not know 
	the film otherwise, presenter should encourage discussion through broad 
	questions; e. g., “How many people have seen this movie?” or “What else did 
	you see in the clip?”
